Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying cloud-based contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
  • Support the integration of cloud-based telephony with other AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in cloud-based telephony and IVR systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement call flows, routing, and reporting dashboards.
  • Work on testing, documentation, and maintenance of contact center environments.
  • Leverage best practices for AWS security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Provide support in user training and onboarding for contact center platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Understanding of cloud-based telephony / contact center concepts (IVR, call routing, queues, chat, voice bots).
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn new technologies.
