Senior IT Service Management Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior IT Service Management Professional. This role requires strong knowledge of IT service management, including ITIL principles, to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incidents from identification to resolution, ensuring prompt initiation of the incident management process.
  • Participate actively in root cause analysis meetings, gathering lessons learned and implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Ensure the achievement of client SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Restore failed IT services quickly, minimizing disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IT service management, including ITIL principles.
  • Proven ability to identify the cause of incidents and initiate the incident management process.
  • Experience in participating in root cause analysis meetings and implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Demonstrated capability to ensure the achievement of client SLAs / KPIs and customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to restore failed IT services quickly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology or a related field.
