We are currently seeking a seasoned IT Service Management professional to fill the MIM Skillset position.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing incidents from identification to resolution, participating in root cause analysis, and ensuring the achievement of client SLAs and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking to advance their career in IT Service Management.

  • Respond promptly to reported incidents, identify their cause, and initiate the incident management process effectively.
  • Participate actively in root cause analysis meetings, gather valuable lessons learned, and manage the implementation of continuous improvement processes.
  • Ensure that client SLAs and KPIs, as well as customer satisfaction expectations, are consistently met.
  • Restore failed IT services quickly to minimize disruption.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of IT service management, including ITIL principles, and demonstrate proven ability to identify incident causes and initiate the incident management process. Experience in participating in root cause analysis meetings and implementing continuous improvement processes is also essential.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to restore failed IT services promptly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology or a related field.
