Job Overview

As a subject matter expert in directory services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journey. Your primary responsibility will be to actively collaborate with our consulting team in various phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluation data, etc., to explore alternatives to recommended solutions.
  • Build POCs (Proof of Concepts) to validate solution effectiveness.
  • Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
  • Support configuring solution requirements on products, identify issues, diagnose root causes, seek clarifications, and shortlist solution alternatives.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-added solutions to customers.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in directory services, preferably with experience in Active Directory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
