Senior ServiceNow Developer Role Overview

As a senior developer, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that meet organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow platform development, including architecture, design and best practices. They should be proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with excellent scripting skills and strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM implementation and development tools.

Job Description:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, develop and implement ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities include providing expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Additionally, you will lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 6+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design and best practices.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with excellent scripting skills.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM implementation and development tools, including Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal and GenAI.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
