Lead Our Solar Sales Efforts in India

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with proven solar industry experience to lead our floating solar sales efforts in India.

  • Identify and visit potential floating solar deployment sites, including industrial facilities, reservoirs, and government-owned water bodies.
  • Follow up on all incoming leads, queries, and tenders to ensure timely engagement.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with clients, EPC contractors, government bodies, and utilities to present Floatex's solutions.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of water bodies for floating solar feasibility, coordinating with the technical team.
  • Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline across target regions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Maintain records of visits, leads, and progress for weekly management reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' sales or business development experience in the solar industry, preferably in floating solar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the solar ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with tender processes, EPC workflows, and solar project lifecycles.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
