Job Title: Employee Engagement

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that drive workforce morale and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. They will be able to analyze performance data to support learning and development planning, and facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.

The role involves regular feedback surveys, analyzing results, and driving engagement strategies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing team-building activities, events, and wellness programs, as well as ensuring compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost workforce morale and productivity
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys and analyze results to drive engagement strategies
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee suggestions and grievances
  • Implement and manage the organization's performance management system
  • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments
  • Analyze performance data to support learning and development planning
  • Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide analysis to reduce attrition and improve workplace culture
