Job Title: Senior Building Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design development and finalization of various types of projects in coordination with respective departments and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Design: Develop innovative and creative design concepts that meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Design Development: Work closely with internal departments and consultants to develop and refine designs.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare and finalize project documentation, including working drawings and specifications.
  • Frequent Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets the specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of architects and draughtsmen to deliver projects on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • At least 18 years of experience in building design and construction.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of development control regulations, EC, and IGBC.
