Job Title: Building Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Building Designer to lead the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs that align with our vision of being a world-class educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campus Master Planning & Design
    • Develop comprehensive master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
    • Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
    • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
    • Ensure compliance with AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms, and state/local building codes.
    • Obtain necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.
    • Implement universal accessibility (ramps, lifts, signage) across campus.
  • Sustainability & Green Initiatives
    • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure (solar, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation).
    • Promote green campus practices aligned with NAAC/AICTE recommendations.
    • Integrate smart building technologies for energy and resource conservation.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of professional experience in educational or large-scale institutional projects.
