Job Title: Senior Building Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing building systems that meet the highest standards of efficiency, reliability, and safety.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering, with experience in designing and implementing building systems for high-rise buildings. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans and ensure seamless functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create detailed designs for building systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with teams and stakeholders to effectively communicate design intent and ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with experience in high-rise building projects preferred.
