Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify compliance with quality standards">
  • Audit population/sample proportion of processed tickets for accuracy">
  • Identify and report any defects or deficiencies">
  • Implement corrective actions to address identified issues">
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure quality compliances and processing accuracy">
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials">

Requirements

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Law/ BBA or commerce)">
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a US-based multinational corporation">
  • Project management experience or certifications are highly desirable">
  • ISO 9001 certification is preferable">
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel & PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook">
  • Experience in quality audits of legal documents/ email communications">
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, with an eye for detail to identify errors">
