Job Title: Audit Manager

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing audits in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing principles, procedures, and regulations.

The successful candidate will be able to lead a team of accounting and auditing experts, conduct thorough financial statement audits, and perform independent research to support audit findings. They will also be required to build effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues, as well as present and disclose impact analysis to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Financial Statements audit in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS
  • Leading a team of accounting and auditing experts
  • Able to do Accounting and auditing research independently
  • Building working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues
  • Presentation and disclosure impact analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of Experience in US GAAP and GAAS.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields
  • Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview preferred
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Industry exposure: NFP, Single Audit, Government, and/or HUD
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Able to meet deadlines and work based on urgency of projects
  • Ready to learn new software
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor, and a team player
  • Available to work long hours during busy season times.
