We are looking for an Internal Auditor to join our team at a top-tier healthcare organization in Gurgaon.

Job Purpose: To enhance the effectiveness of our Internal Audit function by conducting timely audits that meet the highest professional standards, in compliance with IIA and ICAI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all assigned audits are performed to reflect the highest professional standards and adhere to established procedures.
  • Comply with defined audit procedures and SOPs.
  • Maintain track of open items from respective reviews, follow up with auditees, perform testing, and update status.
  • Lead/participate in exit meetings with Unit/HO Management.
  • Release draft reports to auditees post review and discussions.
  • Update Pentana.
  • Maintain and update audit checklists and plans.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing ACM decks and other senior management materials.
  • Utilize BI reports/tools in assigned audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Auditors should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.

Candidates should also have a strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulations, and experience working with auditable entities such as SOX compliant companies.
