
Customer Experience Manager

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for managing user lifecycle activities? We are seeking a skilled L1 Support Engineer to join our team in ensuring secure and efficient user management across various customer environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for users, including creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Google Workspace.
Administer user and channel access in Slack, including permissions and integrations.
Handle user provisioning tasks in Jira and other ITSM ticketing tools.
Assign and remove user licenses across multiple SaaS applications.
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
A working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack administration, Jira ticketing systems, and basic experience with license management across multiple SaaS products
Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms is considered a plus
