AVP - Training (Bancassurance)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of AVP - Training (Bancassurance). The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling team and employees by motivating, guiding, coaching, and retaining them.
- The ideal candidate will also monitor and analyze demonstrated behavior, providing development inputs to the team/sales force.
- A key aspect of this role is to enable business growth by co-creating and implementing 'go-to-market' plans for new products in under-penetrated customer segments/bank verticals.
- This includes creating a robust training team in the circle by skilling identified/shortlisted sales people to manage training requirements of their clusters/branches.
- The successful candidate will drive traffic to e-learning platforms/microsites to maximize reach.
- Ensuring quality measures in the region are above standards is also a critical responsibility.
- Fully 100% Service Partnerships (SPs) in branches and all regulatory records to be maintained audit-ready are additional objectives.
- Other responsibilities include coaching and development of team members through regular performance reviews and demo sessions with CTMs.
- The successful candidate will develop and manage online certification processes, implement evaluation processes online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all trainees.
- They will own implementation and successful execution of all national and regional initiatives in the region.
- Maintaining very cordial relationships with business partners across all levels is essential to ensure all initiatives get executed without any escalation.
- Identifying possible challenges in the region and developing mitigating strategies to prevent business impact is another key responsibility.
