Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to join our organization and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and identifying top technical talent for various roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT support.
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Assessing candidates' technical skills using appropriate interview methods, such as technical tests and coding challenges.
  • Managing the offer and negotiation process to ensure a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
  • Maintaining and updating the candidate database with relevant information.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends to effectively identify qualified candidates.
  • Providing feedback to candidates after interviews and maintaining candidate engagement.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers to close positions.
  • Tracking and reporting on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate experience.
