MIS Executive - End-to-End Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, client interactions, candidate engagement, onboarding, and coordination. Ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing suitable profiles through various channels, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client communication and requirement gathering; analyze and validate job specifications
  • Oversee full lifecycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer letter and onboarding
  • Develop customized sourcing strategy based on client needs and niche skill requirements
  • Conduct initial resume screening and telephonic discussions to shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews across branches
  • Maintain candidate trackers and submit regular reports on interview and closure status
  • Execute sourcing strategies using job portals (e.g., Naukri), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database
  • Conduct salary negotiation, reference checks, and extend verbal job offers
  • Evaluate resumes against job descriptions through proper screening and validation
  • Conduct telephonic and video interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds
  • Qualify potential candidates for technical and non-technical roles
  • Manage compensation discussions and offer release for selected candidates
  • Oversight of candidate onboarding process and conduct regular follow-ups
  • Engage new hires post-offer and post-joining to address issues and build rapport
  • Promote referral generation from hired candidates
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting, including interview status, closures, and feedback
