**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
- International Hiring**
**Location**: New Friends Colony, New Delhi
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years on the Naukri gulf portal
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for the overseas markets, with a special emphasis on hiring through the Naukri Gulf portal.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from initiation to offer stage.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically with overseas hiring and Naukri Gulf portal experience.
- Familiarity with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for international roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in using other recruitment platforms is a plus.
