Key Account Management Role

Job Purpose

This key account management role involves developing and maintaining business relationships with strategic customers, defining agreements that drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Agreements: negotiate pricing, incoterms, payment terms, and warranty terms with customers.
  • Product Configuration and Offers: finalize and maintain product configurations available for ordering.
  • Purchase Plan: develop operational plans, budgets, and forecasts with customers.
  • Order Management: ensure timely placement of orders and follow up on payments.
  • Financing Credit Management: manage financing and credit notes requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum five years experience in agriculture or construction sales, product development, or marketing.
  • Highly developed management and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and network with various functions at regional and global levels.
