Job Title: Sustainability Program Lead

Location: Lucknow, IN

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sustainability professional to drive our impact agenda in Lucknow. This role will oversee the implementation of global strategies adapted to the local context, ensuring alignment and consistency across regions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR or DEI, cultural awareness, and strong program and project management skills. They will also possess excellent communication, writing, and engagement skills, with the ability to inspire employees across levels and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Implementation: Localize and execute global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, and health & well-being within Lucknow.
  • Design and deliver initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities while remaining consistent with global frameworks.
  • Develop annual plans for Lucknow, set measurable local targets, and track progress.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in Lucknow, engaging and influencing them to actively support our impact agenda in Lucknow.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR or DEI as well as employee engagement programs.
  • Cultural awareness and strong understanding of Lucknow's sustainability, philanthropic, and DEI landscape.
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior leadership, building trust and alignment on key priorities.
