**Job Description:**

  • Develop and execute an annual fundraising strategy to secure revenue for our philanthropic efforts.
  • Collaborate with thematic teams to build relationships and secure funding from diverse sources.
  • Interface regularly with our leader to advance our vision.
  • Build and lead a team to support program growth and expansion in India.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience preferred, especially in social or development sector organizations.
  • A driven and empathetic leader who can work across boundaries and achieve results.
