**Job Role:**

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our sustainability efforts.

  • This role requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in planning, monitoring, and working with communities at the grass root level.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for community engagement and outreach.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, government officials, and local authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including mines manager, HR, business head, QA, geology, finance, production/mining, logistics, etc.

**Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation in Social Work/Social Sciences/Rural Management.
  • Strong understanding of social sciences and rural management principles.
