Salesforce CDP Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CDP Developer to join our team at Codinix Technologies Inc. As a Salesforce CDP Developer, you will play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and analyzing the Salesforce CDP to provide valuable customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Salesforce CDP to unify and analyze customer data across various sources.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness.
  • Create customer segmentation models to support targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Develop insights and reports from customer data to drive personalized experiences and customer journeys.
  • Design and implement workflows for effective data integration and usage across sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and business teams to define requirements and align Salesforce CDP capabilities with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the Salesforce CDP platform.
Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CDP, customer data management, and data integration.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified CDP Specialist are a plus.
