Job Title: Customer Service Representative

- Providing top-notch customer service to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Ensuring adherence to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding promptly to Customer inquiries.
- Resolving issues quickly and efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
Graduates and Undergraduates available, but Full-time degree students are not eligible unless they have completed their course through distance learning.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication abilities.
Work Schedule: Rotational Shift, 5.5 days per week with rotational week offs.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor.
They should be able to multitask, handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, and provide accurate and timely responses.
Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures is essential, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work schedules and duties.
Must possess excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
