Cashier Position

The company is looking for a skilled Cashier to join our team at the Gurugram location.

This is a full-time on-site role where the successful candidate will handle customer transactions, manage cash registers, provide excellent customer service and ensure accuracy in cash handling. The day-to-day tasks include taking orders, processing payments, answering customer inquiries, maintaining cleanliness at the counter and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Taking orders from customers accurately and efficiently
    • Processing payments via various methods, including cash and card payments
    • Managing cash registers and making change as required
    • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Requirements
    • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
    • Strong Customer Service skills
    • Proficiency in Cash Handling
    • Experience in Food & Beverage industry is a plus
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
