Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the success of our technical strategy and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate team goals and objectives clearly with all stakeholders, including team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field of study.
  • At least 3 years' experience in management, preferably in a similar industry or function.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
