As a key member of our team, you will oversee and enhance operational workflows for IP protection services, foster strong client relationships, and play a strategic role in developing new business models while driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns.
  • Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Operational Execution: Work closely with our technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tasks effectively.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation.
  • Business Development: Identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement operational enhancements to boost efficiency and impact.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards.
