  • A minimum of 8 years of production software experience, with at least 3 years in a staff or principal capacity.
  • Proven success in delivering high-scale, low-latency systems in e-commerce, quick commerce, food-tech, fintech, or similar domains.
  • Deep expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.
  • Solid command of Domain-Driven Design, clean architecture, CAP trade-offs, chaos testing, and cost optimization.
