Technical Team Lead

About the role:

  • Our team is looking for a skilled Technical Team Lead to oversee the design, development and deployment of SAP BTP applications and integrations.

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning work, allocating resources and tracking milestones. You will also build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems, design integration patterns, ensure secure and compliant solutions and maintain clear documentation.

The ideal candidate should have experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry and SAP Integration Suite as well as proficiency in relevant programming languages and development tools. Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori is also required.

This role involves staying up-to-date on BTP services and recommending useful adoption, troubleshooting escalations and driving performance tuning.

We are seeking a strong leader who can drive varied initiatives and has experience in leading teams and customer handling roles. Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas is desired.

Key aspects of this position include enabling training and knowledge sharing, building and customizing SAP BTP apps and integrations, maintaining clear documentation and ensuring secure and compliant solutions.
