About the Role

White Force Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to lead our customer service team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a collaborative and inclusive team environment that fosters open communication and creativity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Delegate tasks and set clear goals for the team to achieve.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, including shrinkage and attrition rates.
  • Motivate and develop team members through coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
Requirements and Skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
