We are looking for a Customer Service Operations Manager who can join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve our service offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer service management
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
