Senior Compliance Expertise – Transformational Leadership

Drive transformative change as a Senior Compliance Expert with 14–15 years of progressive experience in legal compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory.

  • Compliance Training & Awareness
    • Develop and enhance global compliance training programs to meet business requirements.
    • Identify additional training areas aligned with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
  • Sanctions Advisory
    • Provide expert guidance on sanctions regulations across jurisdictions.
    • Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable advisories.
    • Support business units with practical insights on sanctions-related risks.
  • Policies & SOPs
    • Develop, review, and update policies, SOPs, and frameworks to align with evolving regulations.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into operational processes.
    • Ensure effective implementation and communication of compliance policies.
  • Risk & Transformation
    • Lead initiatives on digital transformation in compliance, AML screening, financial crime risk, gap assessments, and third-party risk management.
    • Drive process re-engineering, automation, and change management to strengthen compliance effectiveness.
    • Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Preferred Profile:
  • 14–15 years of progressive experience in legal compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory.
  • Background in consulting firms, multinational corporates, or regulatory advisory roles.
  • Experience in policy development, compliance training, and sanctions/AML advisory.
  • Strong leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Graduates from reputable institutions preferred (law background not mandatory).
