Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Resource Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

Serve as the primary point of contact between internal resources and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Maintain and update Google Sheets to guarantee accurate, organized, and up-to-date resource records, streamlining data management and efficiency.

Coordinate with partners, address their queries, and provide prompt support, fostering strong relationships and trust.

Assist in smooth onboarding and coordination of resources when required, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a remote team setting, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To serve as the primary point of contact between internal resources and management
  2. To maintain and update Google Sheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date resource records
  3. To coordinate with partners and address their queries
  4. To assist in smooth onboarding and coordination of resources

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in resource coordination, operations, or partner support is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic documentation tools will be preferred
  • Freshers are welcome
