Program-Specific HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

This role focuses on delivering tailored HR services to various business programs, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support for Program-Specific Services: Provide guidance on HR policies and practices, adapting them to specific program requirements and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in the Commerce, Non-Residential, and Government Exams programs.
  • Collaborate with program leaders to align HR strategies with program goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Work with the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies for program-specific roles.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop and implement program-specific engagement activities to boost morale and commitment.
  • Performance Management & Development: Partner with program leaders on goal-setting, performance appraisals, and continuous feedback.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support personalized development plans.
  • Learning & Development (L&D) Initiatives: Assess training needs for each program and coordinate with the L&D team to design relevant training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably supporting multiple business units/programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement ability.
