Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance industry.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, and strategic planning while working on large-scale projects.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed requirement definitions and use cases.
  • Conduct business analysis, including process flow diagrams, approach documents, NFR documents, and RACI matrices.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication, coordinating between business and technical teams.
  • Work on third-party integrations and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Understand architecture principles and technologies like cloud computing and automation.
  • Support business development teams in pre-sales activities.
  • Work in agile, waterfall, and SDLC models, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, etc.) to create detailed documentation.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with an MBA is preferred.

Strong experience in business analysis methodologies and working on enterprise-level projects.

Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and strategic planning.

Basic knowledge of logical architecture principles and appreciation for technologies like cloud and automation.

Experience with SQL commands is preferred.

Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
