This role requires utilizing your experience in insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to process transactions and communicate with the onsite team.

Responsibilities:
  • Transaction processing for underwriting teams
  • Communicating with the onsite team
  • Responsible for risk clearance, bind & issue, endorsement processing, renewal processing
  • Comprehend and articulate resolutions clearly
  • Handle varied volumes of workloads and reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis

We're seeking individuals with a strong understanding of P&C products, wing-to-wing knowledge of the underwriting lifecycle, and excellent communication skills. Relevant work experience is a must, and preferred qualifications include insurance domain awareness and MS Office skills.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Good understanding of P&C products
  • Wing-to-wing knowledge of the underwriting lifecycle
  • Demonstrate customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative, and innovation
  • Fluent in English language - both written and oral
