Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Analyst in Risk Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a working knowledge of firm-level Independence concepts and performing work procedures as laid down in the EY Global (EYG) Independence policies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growth-focused team, collaborating closely with global teams and stakeholders to strengthen the compliance framework and foster a mindset of continuous improvement and client enablement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English, along with a strong understanding of MS Office applications and familiarity with Private equity domains. Experience in research and analysis within a professional services firm is also highly desirable.

As part of our team, you can expect to work on a variety of projects, from conducting secondary research using internal and external databases to analyzing research findings and providing preliminary recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree from a reputable institute in Finance or related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in research and analysis within a professional services firm
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with Private equity domains
