**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks.


About the Role

  • Collaborate with internal audit teams to plan, execute, and report on audits across various functions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of risks across financial, operational, and compliance domains.
  • Evaluate existing processes through control testing and assess their effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Contribute to drafting reports and presenting findings on governance, risk, and compliance matters to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
  • Participate in training and workshops to enhance risk awareness within departments.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of experience is preferred.
  • The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and audit methodologies is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information are also important qualities.
