Deal Value Creation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Deal Value Creation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive management information systems (MIS) frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MIS Frameworks:
    • Design and implement MIS frameworks in line with business objectives and strategic plans.
    • Review control and monitoring mechanisms, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct regular gap analysis.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Conduct in-depth financial reviews and industry benchmarking studies.
    • Analyse financial data, develop financial models, and provide insights into key financial ratios and KPIs.
  • Deal Execution & Transaction Support:
    • Support clients in deal execution by providing timely and accurate data analysis, financial modelling, and decision-making insights.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant tax, accounting, legal, and sector updates that impact deal situations.
  • Program and Project Management:
    • Lead cross-functional workstreams, conduct interviews and workshops, and collaborate with teams to implement services effectively.
    • Develop project plans, identify risks, and work with the team and client to create mitigation actions.
