  • Monitoring and optimizing listings on leading property portals.
  • Ensuring fair lead distribution between CPs and in-house sales teams.
  • Engaging with walk-in and organic leads; converting them into buyers.
  • Resolving CP conflicts, tracking portal performance, and improving conversions.
  • Coordinating with social media teams to enhance campaign quality.
  • Collaborating with content/design teams to create appealing and compliant marketing material.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of hands-on real estate sales experience.
  • Excellent public dealing, communication, and team management skills.
  • Preferred: UPRERA Agent or experience with reputed builders/CPs in high-volume sales.
