Property Deal Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Deal Analyst to join our team. As a Property Deal Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

The successful candidate will review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and decide whether deals stack – impacting real-money decisions directly.

This secure, full-time remote role requires someone who takes pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.

  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key materials
  • Calculate key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Use and maintain deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-check every detail before submission
  • Take ownership of your analysis – your calls matter
  • Listen to feedback and improve with every deal reviewed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Enjoy working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Be meticulous – checking work three times, not once
  • Handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Have strong integrity – careful because the numbers matter
