Senior Analytics Specialist

The role of Senior Analytics Specialist is pivotal in driving business growth through data-driven decision making. This position focuses on harnessing the power of analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning to uncover insights, develop predictive models, and engineer AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data analysis and modeling using CRISP-DM methodologies to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Expertise in optimization techniques including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics for finding optimal business outcomes.
  • Transformation of business requirements into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, and task implementation.

This individual will possess strong problem-solving skills, apply independent research, gather information, and provide recommendations on diverse scope problems. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role are also essential.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python coding, including object-oriented programming concepts, and experience with ML libraries.
  • Experience working in cloud technologies, preferably MS Azure, and familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization and understand the importance of teamwork.

We seek a proactive approach to improving existing pipelines and suggesting innovative ideas to enhance competency quality. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience from projects in Supply Chain or optimization areas.
