We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions.

This position is part of our cutting-edge Competency Center, which focuses on leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical methodologies to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design technical plans, process data, engineer features, evaluate models, and deploy solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of standards and processes to ensure high-quality competency delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years of DS/Operations Research experience.
  • Strong Python coding skills, including object-oriented programming concepts, and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working in cloud technologies (preferred MS Azure or GCP).
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and theory behind various algorithms.
  • Experience in CRISP-DM projects delivery and Agile project management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

  • Other programming languages knowledge (e.g., SQL, R).
  • Experience working in Spark (PySpark) and other IT roles (Data Engineer, AI Engineer, Business Intelligence-related).
  • Understanding and experience in applying Data Science/Machine Learning methods to Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, Inventory or Sustainability).

Tasks:

  • Business understanding, data understanding/preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment of solutions – following CRISP-DM methodologies.
  • Understanding of optimization methodologies, including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics.
  • Proactive approach for areas where improvement is needed, like suggestions of improving existing pipelines.
