Project Performance Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing project data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with project managers to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive informed business decisions.

  • Maintain and update project data in project management tools/software, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze project performance metrics such as timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Develop data-driven presentations and reports for management review, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Create insightful dashboards and visualizations to track project progress.
  • Support project managers with data insights for better planning and forecasting.
  • Identify patterns, risks, or deviations in project data and provide timely guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project analysis, reporting, or data analysis roles, with a strong focus on analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an eye for detail, are necessary for success.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a valuable asset.
  • Ability to present complex data in a simple, structured, and meaningful way is crucial.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
