• Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels; Calculate and monitor key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC); Build and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels; Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process AppsFlyer raw data for analytical purposes; Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights; Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders; Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics; Partner with client teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning; Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance; Create predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree: in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field;
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments;
• Skills: expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing; Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions; Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting; Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques; Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models; Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling; Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.

Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree: in a relevant quantitative field;
• Additional tools: experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline development, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow; Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and customer behavior modeling;
