Senior Business Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to provide business data insights to drive strategic decision-making. The role requires strong skills to interpret marketing data, derive actionable insights, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple marketing channels (digital campaigns, CRM, web analytics).
  • Build and maintain accurate dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a business/industry-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms like CRM systems, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within deadlines.
