Job Description:

As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in deal evaluation for IT services. This involves working closely with multiple teams to translate their input into compelling deal commercials.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of customer pricing presentation sheets, detailing key deal commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring deal commercials align with appropriate risk protection measures against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws (ARD and TUPE), etc.
  • Contract redlining, review, and discussion with the internal team (delivery, legal, business, etc.) and participating in customer negotiations.
  • Preparation of deal P&L as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet.
  • Deal termination schedule preparation.
  • Identifying accounting treatment of cost items in the deal P&L that aligns with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
  • Coordinating with internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussion.
  • Commercial and contracting risks identification, highlighting these to leadership, and suggesting or deploying mitigation approaches.
  • Collaboration with finance team functions on reporting and accounting requirements.
  • Ability to multitask between priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Interface and coordinate with development teams on system enhancements, ensuring strong internal controls.
