Who Are We Looking For?

We seek a dynamic professional with 7-10 years of experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising for a multidisciplinary sports complex. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with high-value donors and influential networks to mobilize substantial funding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Fundraising Plan: Secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists. Proven fundraising experience in large-scale construction projects is required.
  • Create Donor Database: Utilize wealth intelligence tools and personal network to create an extensive database of potential donors.
  • Fundraising Goal Tracking: Report donor tracking, engagement, and donation metrics to management at regular intervals.
  • Pitch Creation and Communication: Develop powerful pitches and proposals for senior management and HNIs.
  • Collaboration and Representation: Work closely with trustees, leadership, and the project team to deliver fundraising goals.
  • Networking and Events: Represent the organization at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: Business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Donation Track Record: Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Networking and Persuasion: Exceptional skills in building relationships and persuasion.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual - Tamil/English).
