Role Overview

We are reimagining operations for the enterprise cloud.

Incident detection, diagnosis, and resolution require pushing AI and GenAI limits in cloud operations.

A team builds intelligent AI solutions to proactively manage cloud environments, boost operational excellence, and deliver a world-class customer experience through proactive resource management.

  1. Design and develop sophisticated AI-driven tools to automate incident response.
  2. Develop expertise in cloud infrastructure and operation, including scalability and security.
  3. Drive innovation in cloud operations by leveraging AI and machine learning techniques.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Key Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on cloud operations.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent understanding of cloud infrastructure, including scalability and security.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
