We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that connect people with care, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources they need to feel their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of compliance by adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as directives related to work environment and alternative work arrangements.

Requirements:

Education and Experience
  • Possess a Master's or relevant degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Accumulate 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and research.
Technical Skills
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
  • Show deep hands-on experience with FastAPI and Pydantic for building robust, schema-validated microservices.
  • Exhibit experience with experiment tracking tools (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow).
  • Display experience building systems that communicate via message queues like Azure Service Bus.
  • Show experience in explainable AI (AXI) tools - such as LIME and SHAP.
  • Highlight cloud-native development skills, including Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Exemplify knowledge of LLM vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs) and experience implementing guardrails against prompt injections and data.
  • Emphasize familiarity with AI/ML governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
  • Illustrate proven expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and deep learning.
  • Show solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Keras).
  • Demonstrate mastery of Python's asyncio to build scalable, I/O-bound services.
  • Exhibit expert-level Python for Production Systems: ability to architect and write clean, typed, and testable code for distributed systems.
